It’s easy to lose sight of these when we see the darkness around us. But God has not left us alone.
He has given us a powerful tool. We can talk to the Creator of the universe with confidence. No matter our age or ability, we can change the course of history through prayer.
God wants to hear from us. This is the day to pray.
For each day of the year, this site has a history note about something related to that date and a suggested prayer idea.
Our goal is to help all of us think about the blessings, needs, and opportunities around us and seek God’s guidance for ourselves and others.
“Rejoice always. Pray without ceasing. In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.” (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18)
